The Story of Cat

It's Winter and very cold outside, MeToo is inside, staring out of the window and thinking by himself: "I wish I could catch a tasty bird"... and he looked at the snowy birdhouse outside.

He imagined he could sit in the birdhouse, without the birds seeing him, he would be in the perfect place to catch one!!! Yes, a very creative thought he said to himself and dozed off again in the warm and comfortable room.

MeToo wakes up when dinner is being served and the vision of him sitting in the birdhouse comes back again. He really starts believing in his idea!

It's Spring when he sits together with his buddy, Hero, and he expresses his idea for the first time. What would Hero think about it, does this creative idea make sense?? Hero, says :"well it's a new idea, why don't you try it and see if it works"?

MeToo, starting to get even more excited, investigates all the possibilities of his brilliant birdhouse idea.

He makes the final planning, considers all the pro's and con's and still feels confident that his plan will work. He makes the decision, I will do it!

The next day he acts and jumps into the birdhouse, discovering that the birds are not yet in the neighbourhood. But he persists and keeps waiting in the birdhouse for the first bird to arrive....

Then, after waiting and hanging in there, the catch of the day arrives...... and he actually obtains what he had been daydreaming about in wintertime.
Hero, has been watching from the start and says: "That has been a very good idea, well done MeToo"! and MeToo enjoys the appreciation of his friend.
Both MeToo and Hero decide to take a nap in the sunshine and relax after all the hard work and during his dream the next wish strikes MeToo.......

This story has been inspired by 'The Creation Spiral" , the natural way from wish to reality and all the steps taken in the process, by Marinus Knoope. (Also applicable in business strategy....) And you know what: even if you work with business strategy more than 60% is based on fantasy, creativity and being relaxed!
